- Changes in practice about are based on the
collection of information or data.
- What are the processes of doing action researech,
it is important to stress again that action research should be seen as
flexible.

following phases.

This is a very open-ended and uncertain phase where
teacher feel their way into the research questions.
b.
Identifying
This involves a fact finding procest which enables the
researchers to refine their ideas about the general focus area and to prepare
fpr more sistemic investigation.
c.
Planning
This phase involves developing of viable plan of
action datering and selecting arrange of appropriate research method.
d.
Collection data
During this period the procedures sellected for
collecting data are developed and put into action.
e.
Analysis data
Analysis is not treated as a separate component of action research.
However, in our experience, close analysis of data is often the stimulus for
reflection so that these two elements become conflated.
